A jiu-jitsu tournament will raise funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® through the Special Events for St. Jude fundraising program. St. Jude is one of the world’s premier centers for the research and treatment of pediatric cancer and other catastrophic childhood diseases.

Royce Gracie Jiu-Jitsu of Fresno will be hosting Grapple for the Cure to benefit the St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Competitors will range in age from 3 years old to adult. Each participant will collect donations to help the hospital. The competition is open to students of Royce Gracie Jiu-Jitsu of Fresno and other local jiu-jitsu schools. If you would like to help raise money for this great cause you stop by the tournament and enter the raffle and purchase some food or simply make a donation. Every little bit helps. Last year $3000 was raised and this year we want to exceed that.

In addition to sponsoring the event with a $500 donation Defense Soap has provided some disease fight hygiene products tobe given away.
